Scholarship Recital

Our Soprano Choral Scholar, Ellie O’Brien is going to study in Vienna!  We as a parish would like to support her with her studies, and she has offered to sing a Scholarship Recital for us on Sunday, 15 January at 3:00 p.m.  We would like to send her on her way with a “purse” gift to help offset her expenses.  Please consider joining us at the recital!  It will feature works of Verdi, Handel and many others.  She will be accompanied by our Parish Musician, Dennis Northway on our fine 1911 Steinway piano. The recital will last approximately 40 minutes.  Checks for her Scholarship purse can be made out to St.  John’s in the name and in the memo, simply write Ellie or scholarship.
